House rules
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Please use the outdoor areas for this purpose. Depending on the apartment, balconies or terraces are available.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- No music in outdoor areas, please.
- Music and TV must be kept at a low (room) volume at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Repeated disturbances or harassment may result in the loss of accommodation rights without refund. For the comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to enforce house rules.
- With the exception of Apartment 2, pets are not allowed. For Apartment 2: Bringing pets of any kind is only permitted with prior written approval from the host. An additional fee applies.
